Bullhouse Brewery is a pioneering craft brewery and a supplier of some of the more interesting beers in the Court House. Join us and members of the Bullhouse team for a deep dive into the flavours, production techniques and stories behind these beers. You’ll get to sample six lovely brews including Small Axe, Rolling Papers, Fruited Sour, El Capitan and a new mystery wild card beer, alongside charcuterie and cheese boards from the Guillemot Kitchen Cafe – all under a stretch tent in the rear yard of the Court House.
Bullhouse is one of Northern Ireland’s most recent success stories. Founder Willy Mayne went from homebrewing on his family farm just outside Belfast in a shed that used to be, rather obviously, a bull house, to establishing one of the country’s most respected breweries, winning UK wide Best Drinks Producer in the recent BBC Radio Food and Farming Awards.
