With a career spanning decades and a dedicated global fanbase, Eleanor McEvoy is one of Ireland’s best loved living musicians.

An acclaimed singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, perhaps her defining moment was as the composer, co-performer and producer of A Woman’s Heart, the title track for the best-selling Irish album in Irish history, and voted one of the top 10 Irish folk songs of all time.

Aside from her own albums and appearances on numerous compilation albums, her songs have been covered by such illustrious performers as Emmylou Harris, Mary Black, Phil Coulter, Mary Coughlan, Bella Hardy (BBC folk singer of the year), Eliza Carthy, Derek Ryan, Jack L and Saint Sister.
