In 1972, Barry Moore write a song called Wave Up To The Shore. He played some shows, and in 1987 boarded a plane for New York City and Luka Bloom was born. He released a debut album in 1990 and over the years he’s toured the world including many shows in Ireland where he now lives. In May 2025, Luka released a collection of songs born where the land meets the sea in Clare. These 12 offerings celebrate the wild wisdom underfoot and the hunger that rides the tide. Just voice, guitar, and the occasional breath of wind.
