In 1972, Barry Moore write a song called ‘Wave Up To The Shore’. He played some shows, and in 1987 boarded a plane for New York City and Luka Bloom was born. He released a debut album in 1990 and over the years he’s toured the world including many shows in Ireland where he now lives. In 2022, Luka realised ‘Wave Up To The Shore’ was 50 years old and began reworking some old songs. The song gave its name to the resulting triple CD of 50 songs from the last 50 years and now he’s bringing them to Bangor.
