Join us for the world premiere of the new album by Stuart Leathem and Esther Trousdale. ‘Watching Other People Having Fun’ marks the Bangor duo’s first original release in 4 years. Backed by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland and Lottery Good Causes, this event will incorporate visuals from the Northern Ireland Film Archive, showing Bangor’s 1960s heyday. The new 12 track album will be presented with stunning visuals, some incredible magic, and of course, a great sound system in the perfect setting.
The album art (featuring the derelict Barry’s Amusements building on Quay Street) was painted by Bangor-based artist Angie McKee and guests will even be treated to footage of the amusements being auctioned away from the building that once stood next to the Court House. Stuart and Esther will also be there to talk about the album, and of course that track with Freddie Mercury. The very limited edition red vinyl of the album will also be available at the event.
Please note this event is theatre seated. If you have any accessibility requirements please get in touch with us here.
