NL Project of the Year

HUGE NEWS!

The Court House has been shortlisted for the prestigious National Lottery Project of the Year award. We are one of 17 finalists from across the UK – selected from 3,780 nominees. The winner will be chosen via a public vote – so we need your help!

There are several ways to vote:

  1. Click here to go to the Court House page on the National Lottery Good Causes website. Just click the vote now button and enter your email address, then click submit, and job done! You can only vote once per email address.

Job done – thank you! (If you have more than one email address, you can vote again!)

  1. X (Twitter):

Log into your X (Twitter) account and search for us – @courthousevenue – then reply in the comments to our pinned tweet using the hashtag #NLACourtHouseBangor. That’s all you need to say. You can also retweet our pinned tweet – or tweet yourself – using the same hashtag, but there’s only one vote per twitter account allowed.

  1. Instagram

Log into your Instagram account and search for us – @courthousebangor – then reply in the comments to our post about the awards using the hashtag #NLACourtHouseBangor.

  1. Facebook

Click here to go to the National Lottery Good Causes Awards voting page.

In the comments write – I’m voting for Court House Bangor #NLACourtHouseBangor. If you fancy sharing the post, that would be lovely, but again, there’s only one vote per Facebook profile permitted.

You can vote for us using ALL FOUR of the above methods – but do make sure you use the hashtag #NLACourtHouseBangor on social media or your vote won’t count. You can vote until noon on Monday 9th October.

Receiving this nomination is a huge validation of everything we do at The Court House for Bangor and Ards & North Down – and an enormous honour for us, our board, our funders, the 1,000 artists who’ve performed here since we opened last October, and the 35,000 of you guys who have come through the doors to support us.

It’s the first time a project from Bangor has been shortlisted, and no NI based project has EVER won it – so we’d love to be the first. Plus, as it’s our first anniversary in a few weeks, winning would be the best birthday present we could imagine.

We really appreciate your support over the past year – now let’s bring this trophy home together!
