Join three local writers in the Court House Drawing Room to discuss the nation’s obsession with crime fiction. The two books under the spotlight are The Last Crossing by Brian McGilloway and Strange Sally Diamond by Liz Nugent. There’ll be general chat about the allure of murder mysteries, and each of the panellists will present their favourite crime reads.
On the panel are crime aficionados Colin Bateman, one of Northern Ireland’s most prolific authors, playwrights and screenwriters, and Kelly Creighton, creative writing teacher and author of the DI Sloane novels. Chairing the evening is Bangor-born Simon Maltman, author of several crime thrillers, including the Amazon bestselling Hunted.
