Forget the umbrellas and the weird made-up names with embarrassing words like nipple, beach, island, sex or slam. These are seriously classic no-nonsense cocktails for connoisseurs, showcasing the award winning spirits of Copeland Distillery – rum, whiskey, gin, vodka and coffee liqueur.
The founder and Managing Director Gareth Irvine will take you through this local success story, with his talented team demonstrating how these grown up cocktails are created. There will be four cocktails to enjoy on the evening as well as charcuterie boards and chilled out ambient tunes.
Please arrive at 7.30pm for your welcome drink, which will be followed by four cocktails. We anticipate the evening will finish around 10.00pm.
