RESCHEDULED TO WEDNESDAY 25TH SEPTEMBER
Unfortunately English folk legend Martin Carthy has Covid, is feeling pretty lousy and therefore unable to perform at the Court House this coming Wednesday 22nd May. But we have been able to secure a rescheduled date of Wednesday 25th September. Your original ticket is 100% valid for September so you don’t have to do anything. Just come along then.
Martin Carthy is one of folk music’s great innovators and one of its best loved, most enthusiastic and at times quietly controversial of figures. For more than 50 years, the singer, ground-breaking guitarist, and authoritative interpreter of newly composed material has inspired a generation of artists such as Paul Simon and Bob Dylan.
This tour marks a special chance to hear Martin perform. He is a legend of the English folk tradition and so it’s an honour to welcome him to the Court House.
