Noel Stevenson is a familiar face to gig-goers across Northern Ireland and even further afield. A regular attendee at Open House Festival shows in Bangor and Belfast, he also frequents many other festivals and live shows, clocking up more than 70 events in the last year. If you see Noel in the crowd, you know it’s going to be a good one.
Noel is a gentleman of impeccable and eclectic tastes, and this is an extremely rare chance to have a listen to some favourite records from his collection. He’s even promised to play what critics have called the greatest rock song of all time. When it comes to genres, it’s possibly best to paraphrase Duke Ellington who said “there are only two types of music; good music and bad music”. Noel plays the good kind.
