King Cedar (Stephen Macartney) is an incredible songwriter and wordsmith, but more than that, he’s a nice guy and great craic. He’s a man who truly epitomises the artistic landscape of Bangor. Stephen joins us playing his own original material with a special guest. These special Cedar Sessions are a chance to catch Stephen and his carefully handpicked guests in our intimate Open Arms bar.

Singer-songwriter Sophie French’s sun-kissed pop transports the listener to warmer climes. Influenced equally by contemporary stars like Olivia Dean and jazz icons of the past, French has been crafting her sound from a young age. Over the past 12 months Sophie’s music has been played on BBC Across The Line, BBC Radio Ulster, Bangor FM and Shannonside FM, as well as Q Radio where “Riviera” was selected as single of the week back in July.

Please note this event is mix of seating and standing room. If you have any accessibility requirements please get in touch with us here.
