Local DJ Venus Rollergirl joins us upstairs in The Drawing Room on Friday night. She will be spinning records in a mashup of Worldly downtempo electronica, Acid Jazz, Balearic beats, Trip Hop, Bossa Nova grooves, and Chicago house. We’ve had a sneak preview of some of Venus’ incredible selections including Zero 7, Thievery Corporation, Atmosfear, Skylab, Boxcutter, and Kruger & Dorfmeister.
