Wasted Talent

Great news! After a full year Bangor’s favourite punk band Wasted Talent gig is back on! The new date is Friday 1st December, with doors open at 7pm.

David Kirk (vocals), drummer Bob Moody, Chris Brown on guitar, Andrew Armstrong rhythm guitar, and Kyle Lamb on bass guitar, will be playing 1970s punk songs by; the Sex Pistols, The Clash, Stiff Little Fingers, The Damned, Dead Kennedys, The Buzzcocks, and more. Plus covers from bands who were influenced by the original punks, such as: The Cure, The Pixies, Kings of Leon, Foo Fighters, and Oasis.

If you have a ticket for the original date, here’s what you need to know:

Your ticket is fully valid for the new date – you don’t have to do anything! Many of you will have misplaced your ticket in the last year so we’ll have a full customer list on the door. Plus you’ll receive a reminder email a few days in advance with a link to your tickets.

What if you can’t make the new date?

We want a full house to show the band how much we love and support them, so if you can’t come PLEASE PLEASE let us know so someone else can take your place! Just email to boxoffice@courthousebangor.com giving the name on your booking, the number of tickets you bought, and telling us which of the three options below are for you:

1. As the gig was postponed due to a band member receiving treatment for cancer, you can donate the £5 price of your ticket to Marie Curie. We’ll organise the donation for you. Easy peasy.

2. Exchange the value of your ticket(s) for a credit note which you can use at any future event at the Court House. Simples.

3. We can issue a refund for the full value of your ticket(s). This is a little trickier than normal as the banks won’t authorise automatic refunds over 180 days, meaning we’ll have to phone you to re-take your card details and do the refund manually. Not so simple, but perfectly doable.
